This project is implemented thanks to support from the European Social Fund and the European Regional Development Fund within the Operational Program Human Resources.
The goal of the project is to improve the quality of life of people inactive in the labour market through an individualized form of providing employment services for the purpose of client activation in connection with supporting the correction of the consequences of the crisis in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project will implement an authorized type of activity within the meaning of the Operational Program Human Resources, namely the type "Individualized forms of support, counselling and profiling tools for the purpose of entry of disadvantaged job seekers, young people under the age of 30 (including NEET), inactive persons into the labour market, including financial contributions from employment service providers and employers". The target group of the project is inactive people.
The duration of the project implementation is 15 months. The place of implementation of the project is the territory of the Slovak Republic with a specific focus on the Bratislava and Trnava self-governing regions. The measurable indicator of the project "PCV31 - The number of participants who were provided support in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic or in the context of mitigating its consequences" will be filled to the extent of 65 people. We plan to fulfil the main activity of the project thanks to the provision of services and tools in accordance with §54 par. 4 of Act no. 5/2004 Coll. on employment services without the right to compensation from the authorized target group of the project.
The provision of these services and tools in the case of inactive persons and other services connected with the performance of this activity is in accordance with the project, which is aimed at bringing inactive persons closer to the labour market by strengthening individualized professional advice directly in the field. The results of the project are linked to the improvement of the adaptation mechanisms of the project participants in the area of activation in the labour market.
